Delete Your VivaSona Stage Account

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

Open VivaSona Stage, sign in, tap the Synced button in the top toolbar, and choose Delete My Account. This permanently deletes your account and every song, setlist, uploaded chart, and annotation synced to it, and cancels any subscription billed through VivaSona Stage directly. This takes effect immediately.

Option 2: Without the app installed

Email support@vivasona.com from the email address on your VivaSona Stage account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.

If you have an active subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, this request does not cancel it — subscriptions billed through those stores can only be cancelled by you, in that store's own subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Songs, setlists, and gig notes synced to your account
• Uploaded PDF chord charts/lead sheets and your annotations on them
• Your subscription/entitlement status
